** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
* Operate and control mixing functions to ensure product quality meets specifications
* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation accurately
* Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries
* Clean and maintain the truck to ensure safe operation and a professional appearance
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely
* Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible driving practices
* Ability to manage time, follow delivery schedules, and adapt to changing job site conditions
* Mechanical awareness to identify basic equipment or vehicle issues
* Effective communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $30.92 to $32.92 per hour
