Ready Mix Driver

Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations

Operate and control mixing functions to ensure product quality meets specifications

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation accurately

Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries

Clean and maintain the truck to ensure safe operation and a professional appearance

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely

Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible driving practices

Ability to manage time, follow delivery schedules, and adapt to changing job site conditions

Mechanical awareness to identify basic equipment or vehicle issues

Effective communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

$29.42 to $31.42 per hour
