Job Overview

Ferguson Truck Driver – Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations.

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate delivery tickets.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Fuel the truck as needed and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment and with receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety harnesses with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current valid DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery, is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
• Basic technology proficiency, including iPads.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Monday‑Friday, 7am–3:30pm.

• Hourly wage $15.61 – $23.41 (calculated monthly for salaried roles, hourly for other roles).
