Regional Transit Service in Rochester, NY is seeking a Dispatcher/Radio Controller
- Relief (Full-Time) to coordinate dispatch operations, radio communications, and Transit Center activities. This role reports to the Manager of Transit Center Operations and the Manager of Dispatch and is safety-sensitive.
The position uses CAD/AVL and radio systems to manage delays, incidents, and service disruptions while coordinating with road supervisors, staff, police, and emergency responders.
