Non CDL Driver - 1st Shift 5AM to 3PM

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Rochester, NY area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

• Operate a straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53 ft in a safe manner.
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and clearly communicate changes.
• Load, unload and organize the truck per schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours and perform roadside inspections.
• Push or pull a four‑wheeled cart that may weigh up to 200 lbs.

• Minimum 2 years of delivery experience within a 26‑foot box truck and a VALID DOT medical card.
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Proven longevity in past employment.
• Touch freight experience.
