EMCOR Services Betlem is looking for a dependable HVAC Truck Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies safely and efficiently to job sites, warehouses, and customers. Territory coverage includes Rochester, Buffalo and Central NY. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a commitment to safety.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC units, tools and materials to designated locations.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate loading and unloading of HVAC equipment.
• Handle large and heavy items with care, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Assist with basic inventory checks and documentation during deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers and job site personnel.
• Assist with shop and warehouse duties on request.
• Operate forklift truck and shipping elevator.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in delivery driving; HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy HVAC equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safe handling and securing large loads.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation range: $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, college coaching and an employee assistance program.
