Mayo Clinic Shuttle Driver – Split Shift

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting employees safely and efficiently to and from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

• Shuttles run 5 days a week to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
• Two 4‑hour shifts per day (4:00–8:00am and 3:00–7:00pm).
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking and answering any questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in managing passenger flow during peak times to ensure timely departures.

• CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Previous experience in shuttle driving, van driving, or bus driving is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service skills and clear communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating motor coaches or similar vehicles is advantageous.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
