Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to build a career. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our regional fleet serving Rochester and surrounding upstate New York. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid weekly (Fridays)
• Paid training for a full month

• Predictable regional routes based out of Rochester
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver (no slip seating)

• Candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program
• Trainees are paired with experienced mentors, with a focus on safety and skill development to build confidence for independent operations

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
