As a Disposal Driver, you'll be the unsung hero who keeps neighborhoods looking their best. Every pickup you make helps families, businesses, and communities stay clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll operate industry-leading equipment, provide excellent customer service, and play a vital role in keeping our communities beautiful.

• Safely operate residential waste collection vehicles
• Service assigned routes efficiently and professionally
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all trash, recycling, and yard waste is collected according to company standards
• Work closely with dispatch and route supervisors
• Provide friendly service to customers when questions arise
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company regulations
• Report vehicle or route issues promptly

• Valid CDL Class B license (or ability to obtain one)
• Safe driving record
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous waste, transportation, or commercial driving experience is a plus
