Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly by accurately receiving, organizing, and distributing inventory.

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00

• Receive & Inspect Shipments: Unload incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and inspect products for accuracy and damage.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.
• Inventory Control: Maintain organized inventory, perform cycle counts, and update records using warehouse systems.
• Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store materials.
• Shipping & Logistics: Assist with loading outgoing shipments and ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and optimized for efficient workflow.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Solid teamwork and communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred (or willingness to be trained).
