Reach Truck Operator

$20.00 per hour

6 AM – 10 AM start time, weekends required, flexibility to work overtime is important for this position.

• $20.00/HR
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus

• Load route trucks and semi‑trailers with battery‑operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
• Ensure items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Perform pick from trays by customer number, review orders for shipment, determine and assemble the correct types of product to be shipped.
• Load materials into trailers and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.

• 1 to 2 years of consistent work experience in a warehouse environment preferably.
• Ability to lift 45 to 50 lbs and/or pull or push 100 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime hours when needed.
• Ability to work in refrigerated / freezer temperatures.
• Ability to work early mornings.
