Company Description

RES Exhibit Services creates brand experiences that inspire and perform. For 50 years, we have helped clients bring strategy, design, engineering, fabrication, and execution together under one roof to create custom exhibits, branded environments, and event experiences for high-visibility moments.

Today, RES is entering its next chapter with refreshed leadership, a sharper brand direction, new client momentum, and a renewed focus on clarity, accountability, creativity, and measurable results. We are looking for people who want to help build what comes next.

Job Description

The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical role in keeping custom exhibit and experiential projects organized, protected, accurate, and ready for the next phase of work. This role supports the physical movement, preparation, assembly, labeling, packing, and organization of exhibit properties so our teams can deliver with confidence.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on, reliable team member who takes pride in organization, accuracy, safety, readiness, and the quality of the finished product. The ideal candidate communicates clearly with the Warehouse Team Leader, shipping and receiving, logistics, production, and project teams to support freight, warehouse, facility, pre‑assembly, and project execution needs.

The right person will understand that warehouse work is central to how RES performs. When materials are labeled clearly, packed correctly, staged efficiently, and maintained with care, the entire client experience improves.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty:

  • Physically unpack and assemble large exhibits and displays for multiple client projects.
  • Understand blueprints and/or CAD layouts of projects.
  • Coordinate and label clear and legible numbering of exhibit parts and pieces on bill of lading.
  • Ensure supplies specific to each project are available and sufficient in toolboxes.
  • Pack skids and crates with protective corners and shrink wrap where applicable to ensure safe transportation.
  • Adhere to schedules and timelines.
  • Be accountable to ensuring the work planned for the day is completed without going over the planned labor hours for the job.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace, especially during busy periods.
  • Follow instructions from Warehouse Lead to ensure the inbound is completed accurately.
  • Separate all graphics from exhibit structure as needed.
  • Separate all rental items and return to storage.
  • Remove trash from the warehouse and shop to dock by end of each day.
What Success Looks Like

Exhibit properties, graphics, rental items, supplies, skids, crates, and toolboxes are organized, labeled, protected, and ready for the teams that need them.

Projects move through the warehouse with fewer surprises because parts, pieces, documentation, and materials are handled accurately and consistently.

Daily work is completed safely, cleanly, and within the planned labor expectations for the job.

The warehouse supports RES’s broader commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, readiness, and client outcomes.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

2 years of warehouse operations or other related manual labor experience in an entrepreneurial company.
