Client Service Representative

Canon U.S.A. is seeking a Client Service Representative for Shipping/Receiving to support daily logistics at our manufacturing-related facility. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and document incoming materials; prepare, pack, and ship customer orders; and maintain accurate inventory records. You'll communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping issues, support order status inquiries, and uphold Canon's quality and customer service standards, contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment aligned with our Kyosei philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products
• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain precise inventory records and support cycle counts
• Use warehouse or ERP systems to process orders and track shipments
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• Respond to client and internal inquiries on order and shipment status
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures in all warehouse tasks
• Handle basic documentation such as bills of lading and shipping labels
• Support continuous improvement in shipping/receiving processes
• Keep shipping and receiving areas organized, clean, and audit-ready
