Operations Supervisor
The Operations
Supervisor willassistin handling the day-to-day operations within the shipping and fulfillment department. You will supervise a team of Operations Associates responsible for order processing, shipping, and inventory management. In this hands‑on role, you will focus on optimizing workflows, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations, and a keen eye for detail.
Lead a team of Operations Associates responsible for sorting, packing, and shipping sports card products, including handling sets of individual cards resulting from group breaks and standard sports card boxes/cases.
Ensure all orders are accurately processed and packed to meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Oversee receiving of new products, stock organization, and inventory systems management. Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient product flow.
Train, mentor, and support team members in their daily responsibilities. Encourage a positive, productive work environment and provide performance feedback regularly.
Evaluate and optimize warehouse and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement strategic improvements.
Provide assistance for customer inquiries related to shipping and fulfillment, across various sales channels when required.
Oversee fulfillment-related data entry, ensuring accurate order tracking and inventory management.
High School Diploma or equivalent (a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus)
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or fulfillment center
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Proficient in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
While this is primarily a desk-based role, the employee must be able to:
Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods throughout the workday.
Regularly bend, stoop, reach, or ascend stairs within an office or warehouse environment.
Lift, carry, and move product cases, shipping materials, and office equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Navigate between office, warehouse, and live production areas while collaborating with multiple.

Sunday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 10:00Thesalary rangefor this position is $24.00- $26.00per hourbased on location in Rochester, NY, and experience.
