- Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)
- Effectively communicate with management and the team
- Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
- Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers
- On-going, continuous safety training throughout the year

Warehouse experience;
Experience operating a pallet jack;
Food distribution center experience;
Experience operating a VoCollect;
Experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment;
Experience operating forklift;
Work Environment Work includes sitting, standing, and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, some lifting, with occasional heavy lifting, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with co-workers and delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment. Climbing on and off power equipment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5–20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally.
The work environment may include seasonal outdoor temperature and weather. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). Will be trained, certified and responsible for safely operating the following equipment, pallet jack
