Sales Executive; Sea & Air Freight

• Up to $6,000 Basic + Attractive Commission + AWS

• 10-20% Commission on Profits After Expenses

Our Client, a Singapore-based freight and logistics services provider supporting businesses with international cargo transportation and import/export requirements, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities for air and ocean freight services in the Singapore market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and acquire new clients through sales calls and customer visits.

• Achieve annual sales targets, ideally generating profits 2-3 times their total expenses.

• Service existing accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Maintain and develop business with existing customers.

• Handle shipment inquiries and provide timely freight quotations.

• Procure rates from overseas offices, agents, and approved local vendors.

• Prepare quotations and participate in RFQs and tender bids when required.

• Submit CRM reports and coordinate closely with the Head of Sales on commercial activities.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2 years of sales hunting experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping, with a focus on Sea freight rather than warehousing or Airfreight.

• Strong understanding of freight operations and sales processes.

• Proven ability to generate business and meet sales targets.

• Established client database in freight forwarding.
