Assembly​/Packaging​/Machine Operator

** What You'll Do*
* As a Paint Line Worker, you will support the paint process from start to finish by:

+ Prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts onto the conveyor line

+ Inspecting parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met

+ Identifying defects such as rust, scratches, overspray, or missing components

+ Performing basic touch-ups and rework as needed

+ Following all safety guidelines and quality procedures

**✅ What We're Looking For*
* + High school diploma or GED (required)

+ 6+ months of manufacturing, general labor, or paint line experience (preferred)

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Comfortable using hand tools and basic computer functions

+ Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift

+ Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs

+ Repetitive hand and arm movements

+ Reaching overhead and below shoulder level

** Work Environment*
* + Manufacturing shop environment with temperature changes

+ Exposure to loud noise (hearing protection required)
