Onsite Position

• Be a member of the leadership team
• Provide financial leadership and operational support to ensure profitability and efficient resource utilization
• Oversee all financial and management accounting activities including financial planning, capital budgeting, financial analysis, cost accounting, treasury, tax and risk management
• Partner with operations, supply chain and production teams to drive performance
• Contribute to the development of annual and longer‑term business plans; forecast performance against business key performance indicators (KPIs); develop business cases for key activities/projects; and estimate the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets
• Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice

• 5+ years of Accounting Manager/Controller role at a manufacturing unit
• 5+ years of previous people leadership experience
• Financial reporting, forecasting and analysis experience
• Internal Controls experience
• Cost Accounting experience
• OpEx and Cap Ex budgeting experience

• CPA and/or CMA
• General Accounting/Shared Services experience
• Treasury/Cash Management experience
• Prior work in Joint Venture
