** About the Role
** Supports the Accounts Receivable process by applying customer payments, maintaining customer accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, monitoring receivables, and ensuring accurate transaction processing and reporting in SAP.

*** Strong SAP skills required.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software applications.
* Proficient in general office operations, including computers and office equipment.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
* Ability to perform all assigned tasks to meet company expectations.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, along with good organizational abilities.
** TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position:
*** Work up daily cash deposits and bank wire payments posting to customers’ accounts in SAP; record daily to monthly cash logs.
* Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies maintaining a record of all findings and collection efforts.
* Maintain Aging Accounts Receivable Reports.
* Process new customer applications for credit approval and contact credit references.
* Set up and maintain customer accounts.
* Record and post Accounts Receivable adjustments to customer accounts in SAP. Assist in posting adjustments for other site locations.
* Assist with applying payments to the corresponding invoices in SAP.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
