Under general supervision provides technical and professional services in Administrative Monitoring.
Responsible for the monitoring of the detailed Offender Administrative Monitoring program pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 2010. Responsible for timely researching of payments of financial obligations which includes the mandated monitoring fee. Provide Late Payment Notifications to offenders weekly. Responsible for creating new Administrative Monitoring (AM) accounts, as required, and maintaining existing offender AM accounts in the Offender Management System (OMS).
Ensures that offenders are notifying the Department of their current mailing address quarterly per SC Chapter 21, Section 24-21-5.
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
Experience with a case management system or Offender Management System (OMS).

This is an entirely on-site, in-office position.
