Mail Personnel Specialist

Overview

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing the mailing and tracking process for mortgage loan reverification documents. This is an administrative and document-processing role focused on quality control, mail management, tracking mortgage reverifications, and supporting operational goals in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Reviewing documents for accuracy

• Prepare and mail reverifications

• Handle returned mail

• Track documents in quality control software

• Process checks requests, maintaining production reports, and ensuring all records are accurate before distribution

• Supports office operations by maintaining supplies, keeping the workspace organized, answering phones, responding to voicemails, and coordinating closely with the Reverification/Mail Manager to meet productivity and performance goals

• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Knowledge and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience managing mortgage loan document workflows or pipelines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, follow procedures, and handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently
