Diamond Peak Recruiting is partnering with a leading general contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground‑up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. • Oversee all on‑site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, conducting regular progress meetings with project teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers throughout the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining productivity and project momentum.
• Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and oversee project closeout activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground‑up commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience constructing structural steel buildings of five stories or more.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects with budgets of $10M or more.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, construction sequencing, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast for project assignments.
• Preferred home base in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or Georgia.
