Hourigan is seeking a collaborative and driven MEP Superintendent to lead construction startup, commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems for data center projects. You will ensure adherence to contract documents, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients to meet project goals.
You will leverage BIM/VDC, supervise MEP trade contractors, develop schedules, and drive safety and quality as part of Hourigan's team. Some travel may be required.
