The individual will lead change management processes, evaluate and negotiate change orders, and maintain rigorous cost control throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities include providing detailed cost analysis, enforcing governance frameworks, and ensuring commercial alignment across multiple projects.

The position requires leadership in cost planning, estimating, and the reconciliation of contractor cost data. Additionally, the role entails mentoring team members and promoting best practices in financial tracking and reporting.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. The role requires at least 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls within medium to large-scale construction programs. Applicants must possess advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and Earned Value Management. Strong proficiency in civil, structural, and MEP construction is necessary, alongside proven expertise in managing full change management processes.##
