Concrete Paving Foreman

Southern Concrete & Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Foreman or Leadman to join our growing team. We are looking for a proven leader with extensive experience in slipform concrete paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

• Lead and supervise a concrete paving crew of 10 or more employees.
• Plan and coordinate daily paving operations to meet production and quality goals.
• Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and equipment operators.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep paving operations running efficiently.
• Train and mentor crew members.

• Minimum of 5 years of concrete paving experience.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Leadman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of slipform concrete paving operations.
• Experience working around Gomaco, Power Curber, G&Z, or similar slipform paving equipment.
• Ability to read plans, understand grades and elevations, and maintain quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
