Location: Rock Hill, SC
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

About the OpportunityOur client, an established and growing architectural signage company, is seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support projects from initial planning through final installation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build a career in project management. The company is open to candidates with limited direct experience who bring strong communication, organization, follow-through, and a genuine willingness to learn.
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with experienced Project Managers while coordinating with clients, contractors, designers, production teams, installers, and other internal departments.
What You’ll Do- Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects from initiation through completion
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, milestones, and key performance metrics
- Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate project information within project management systems
- Track contracts, change orders, reports, and other project documentation
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and stakeholder presentations
- Identify potential project risks or delays and help develop solutions
- Support the coordination of design, production, permitting, and installation activities
- Help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations
- Entry-level candidates and professionals with up to three years of project coordination or project management support experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in construction, architectural products, signage, manufacturing, or a related project-based industry
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is helpful but not required
