We are prayerfully seeking our next Associate Pastor of Worship Arts
, a pastor‑leader who will help lead the congregation in worship, develop worship leaders across generations, and partner with the Senior and Executive Pastors in advancing the church’s vision. This role offers the opportunity to serve in a collaborative worship culture while helping shape environments that inspire the people of God to worship faithfully and live missionally .

The Associate Pastor of Worship Arts provides leadership and direction for the church’s band, praise team, choirs, and technical leadership
, helping create worship environments marked by excellence, authenticity, and spiritual depth. This role works closely with both contemporary and traditional worship expressions, including collaboration with the part‑time Associate Pastor of Worship for the traditional servicer and teams serving the traditional service. They will also oversee a full‑time Tech Director and full‑time Communications Director.

Beyond weekly worship leadership, this pastor will shepherd and develop worship leaders
, invest in teams spiritually and relationally, and participate in the broader pastoral life of the church. The position also partners with administrative, facilities, and technical teams to coordinate church‑hosted events that support community ministries and outreach efforts, while responsibly managing ministry budgets and long‑term planning.
