Primary Care Physician - Family & Urgent Care

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our fast-paced clinical team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time position is critical for delivering patient-centered care across both routine primary care and urgent care services. You will serve a diverse patient population, managing acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality healthcare in a supportive, community-focused environment.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide urgent care services, addressing immediate patient needs efficiently and effectively
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging, to guide individualized treatment plans
• Perform routine wellness exams, immunizations, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient workflow and clinic operations
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle interventions to improve outcomes

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and collaborative team skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient panel while balancing clinical efficiency and quality of care
