Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rock Hill, SC, for Staff and Licensed Professionals. The position involves providing technical support and services in engineering, design, or project management, depending on expertise and licensing. The responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions, conducting and overseeing project analyses, servicing client needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Professionals in this role will contribute to regional community improvement projects through innovative and sustainable approaches.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in engineering design, land surveying, or project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as transportation engineering, water resources, natural gas engineering, or site design
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and client management skills
  • Commitment to ethical practices and delivering quality-focused solutions
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Land Surveyor, or equivalent credentials preferred
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field is highly desirable
  • Experience with software such as AutoCAD, GIS applications, or other design tools is beneficial
