Continental is seeking an engineer to manage, improve, and train shop floor processes and equipment at the Conti Life Cycle Development Center in the Americas. You will collaborate with R&D, training, and process engineering to set standards for the CLC dealer network and conduct training for internal and external groups.
You will provide phone support to dealers, develop automated retread processes, and work with Retread teams on documentation and equipment improvements.
