This part-time Finance & Operations Director will be responsible for the day to day managment of the accounting, finacne and human resources of the organization
Duties:
Manage the day to day bookkeeping duties including and divvy credit cards with Quick Books On-line. Process payroll and handle HR functions. Prepare monthly Financial Reports. Reconcile donations with Raisers Edge and Quick Books and the bank. Assist with annual budget preparation. Prepare for 1099's and prepare for annual audit and provide assistance to auditors as needed.
