Position Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products for individuals, companies, and institutions. We offer goal-based wealth management services and combine expertise from Merrill with the banking convenience of Bank of America.
Role SpecificsAs an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor StageI (ADPFSAI), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series7, Series
66) with dedicated study time. After licensing, you will learn the foundational skills needed to build and manage client relationships, assess complex financial situations, provide advice and solutions, and humanize financial interactions. Upon reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful completion of StageI typically leads to progression to the ADP Financial Advisor (StageII) where you transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office, build a new portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients, and may ultimately become a core Merrill Financial Advisor.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) – 40 hours per week.
Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, commensurate with experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. The position is benefits eligible and includes industry-leading benefits, paid time off, and support for physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.

The position may require SAFE Act registration for employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations. All employees in this role must register with the federal registry system and maintain registration in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
