- HSD/GED minimum
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Project Controls, Construction Management or related field
- Experience supporting field services, construction, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
- Experience working with project-based organizations where labor, travel, and operational costs must be closely managed

Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a nationwide initiative consisting of over 100 traveling field technicians and a growing operational support organization. This individual will serve as the financial and project controls lead for the program, ensuring accurate client invoicing, cost tracking, financial reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring across labor, travel, fleet, tooling, PPE, training, and other program-related expenses.
The ideal candidate will understand how project execution impacts cost performance and be able to translate operational data into actionable financial insights for program leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to connect financial performance to operational activities, translating project execution data into actionable cost, compliance and business insights.
- Manage client billing, invoice creation, validation, and submission while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Track and manage program budgets, forecasts, and actual costs across labor, travel, fleet, tooling, PPE, training, and operational expenses.
- Monitor project financial performance and identify cost variances, risks, trends, and opportunities impacting program profitability.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements.
- Support purchase order tracking, accruals, expense reconciliation, financial documentation, and audit readiness.
$44/hr to $46/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
