Client Relations AssociateEssential Responsibilities and Tasks:
Medchat, Email, Text, and Phones.
Education/Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Successful completion of 90 days of employment
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to handle fast paced environment and multi task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- In an 8 hour day the employee infrequently lifts/carries 15 Lbs or less
- In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks for less than 2 hours
- In an 8 hour day the employee sits 6+ hours
