Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements;
Assist with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping;
Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping;
Report and document patient care activities and vital signs as required;
Follow patient care plan and coordinate with care team and RN oversight
