Personal Care Aides; PCA and Home Caregivers

Pay Range

$14–$16 per hour.

We have 2, 4, 8, and 12‑hour shifts available. Evenings and weekends are also open.

• Help clients with day‑to‑day activities so they can age in place.
• Assist with bathing and dressing to start their day feeling good.
• Prepare nutritious meals to support healing and energy.
• Ensure medication adherence to reduce hospital visits.
• Run errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep their environment clean and safe.
• Assist with mental and physical exercises designed to improve health and reduce fall risk.

• Experience caring for elderly and disabled people.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean background record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Dependability and excellent communication skills.
