, a large vascular surgery physician practice, is seeking a Practice Representative for our Bluffton, SC location with strong customer service skills.
- Answer a multi-line phone
- Schedule patients' appointments
- Obtain pre-certifications and authorizations
- Verify patients' insurance deductibles/ co-insurance
- Register patients into the practice and charge entry
- Related experience in front office operations, verifying insurance benefits, and CPT & ICD-10 coding
- Clinical knowledge and medical terminology experience preferred
- Candidates must be willing to travel to satellite offices
