Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help with feeding if needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote dignity and independence.
- Help clients with mobility and safe transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and follow company care standards.
- Reliability and compassion are a must.
- Prior home care or facility experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
$13 - $17 hourly
