Software Product Manager – Agile Focus

Must have

• Degree in software engineering or relevant experience.
• Proven track record in product management, including roadmap development and project coordination.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and effective communication with technical teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for converting business needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with field service operations and tools such as MS Dynamics, iAuditor, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI; SQL or programming skills are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a cooperative approach.

• Oversee the My Med Gas  product roadmap and facilitate customer feedback sessions and planning meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and aftermarket teams to enhance workflows and user experience.
• Transform concepts into features by articulating business requirements for developers.
• Maintain high quality through effective testing strategies and adherence to best practices for secure software.
• Develop training plans and materials to support global adoption of new features.
• Construct dashboards and reports in Power BI to aid in decision-making.
• Manage release and deployment processes, implementing Dev Sec Ops  best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and software lifecycle regulations.
