All Lines Technology Inc in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a Service Desk Tier 1 Analyst to provide first level support by troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents. You'll act as the primary contact at the Service Desk, following procedures to assist users with technical issues involving Windows operating systems, office software, and network connectivity.
The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree in Information Technology and 1-3 years of relevant service desk experience. A+ certification is preferred. The role demands strong technical knowledge along with excellent customer service skills.
