Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget. This includes identifying resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
What You Will DoDefine project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Build solid business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the portfolio of prioritized IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring achievement of business cases.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, ability to elicit cooperation from various sources, and experience in building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment.
Requirements- 4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management
- 8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity
- 5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects
- Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives
- Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development
- Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs
- Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization
