About the RoleWe are immediately hiring a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs.
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Ability to work within international functional teams.
- Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required advanced required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
