Manufacturing Manager

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Unit Leader to take full ownership of production, processes, and people within a designated manufacturing unit at a high-volume, highly automated operation.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on operations leader and change agent who thrives on accountability, floor presence, and building strong teams while delivering against SQDC targets.

• Own end-to-end performance of a manufacturing unit, including results, people development, and execution
• Drive SQDC performance, eliminate losses, and continuously improve processes
• Lead, coach, and develop associates with a strong focus on capability building and accountability
• Set goals, make decisions, and translate unit objectives into clear, measurable expectations
• Run the TMS cycle and set 24-hour direction for the manufacturing unit

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in highly automated manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of production operations, quality systems, and budget management
• Leadership style rooted in ownership, accountability, and servant leadership
