Our Manufacturing EnvironmentYou'll work in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing facility that includes:
- CNC multitasking turning centers with automated bar feeders and part handling
- High-speed CBN camshaft grinding systems
- CNC turning, milling, and grinding centers
- Dedicated manufacturing cells designed for high-precision production
- Advanced inspection and metrology equipment

About the RoleAs our Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day manufacturing operations while helping improve how we build our products. You’ll work closely with engineering and production to increase efficiency, improve quality, develop manufacturing processes, and build a stronger team.
This is a hands-on leadership position. We aren't looking for someone to sit behind a desk—we're looking for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, solving problems, and developing people.
Responsibilities- Lead daily manufacturing operations and production priorities.
- Improve CNC machining processes and manufacturing efficiency.
- Program CNC equipment and support manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain production prints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Train, mentor, and develop machine operators.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and outside service providers.
- Manage tooling inventory and recommend tooling improvements.
- Support new product launches from engineering into production.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities throughout the manufacturing process.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, throughput, and manufacturing capability.
- Work with management to meet production, quality, and delivery objectives.

- Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience with CNC turning, milling, grinding, or multitasking machining centers.
- CNC programming experience.
- Experience with process development and continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing manufacturing automation and improving manufacturing efficiency.
- Experience managing production in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and create manufacturing documentation.
- Experience coordinating equipment maintenance and tooling.
A college degree is not required. We value proven experience, leadership, initiative, and a strong work ethic over formal education.
