Polydeck is seeking a Welder B to help fabricate quality steel components used in our products. This hands-on role involves welding, inspecting finished parts, and working with the fabrication team to meet production goals.

• Read work orders and blueprints to prepare for production.
• Gather materials needed for welding operations.
• Weld and assemble steel components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bundle and prepare completed products for the next production step.
• Use equipment such as welders, grinders, saws, and measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Help the team meet daily production goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Welding certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds.
• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, stoop, and balance while handling materials.
• Perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and other physical tasks throughout the day.
• Manufacturing facility with heat, dust, noise, and welding fumes.
• Regular use of welding, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
