We're looking for a skilled and motivated Automatic Press Operator to help produce high-quality screen-printed garments while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced production environment.

As an Automatic Press Operator
, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining Anatol automatic screen-printing presses, ensuring efficient production while maintaining exceptional print quality. You'll work closely with our production team to meet customer deadlines and uphold the standards that have made us a trusted name in custom apparel.

• Set up, adjust, and operate automatic screen-printing presses for production runs
• Monitor press performance to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime
• Load and unload garments efficiently while maintaining production speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with production leaders to prioritize orders and meet deadlines

• Inspect prints throughout production to ensure consistency and quality
• Identify and troubleshoot issues such as misregistration, ink coverage, and pressure adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning screens, changing squeegees, and maintaining proper ink consistency
• Communicate equipment concerns and repair needs with production leadership

• Mix and adjust inks to achieve optimal printing results
• Maintain clean screens and workstations to prevent contamination and production issues
• Coordinate with the screen room team to ensure screens are production-ready

• Partner with production team members to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks
• Assist in training and supporting new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Help solve production challenges through effective communication and teamwork

• Experience operating automatic screen-printing presses (Anatol experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality
• Knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, and press mechanics
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous screen printing production experience preferred
