• Promote a safety-first culture by modeling safe behaviors, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Support daily production operations and lead start-of-shift huddles to communicate priorities, safety topics, and performance expectations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for production, quality, and workflow issues, escalating concerns as needed.
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality defects, production misses, and customer concerns using structured problem-solving methods.
• Maintain and promote 5S standards to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPAs), quality checks, and process observations to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Monitor team performance and key production metrics, taking action to address gaps and support achievement of daily goals.
• Train, onboard, and cross-train team members to develop skills, increase flexibility, and support operational needs.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and constructive feedback to reinforce expectations, improve performance, and recognize accomplishments.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and assisting in the resolution of workplace conflicts.
• Communicate production goals, changes, and expectations clearly to ensure alignment across the team.
• Encourage employee involvement in problem solving, continuous improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, audit documentation, and other required operational records.

• Champions workplace safety by leading through example, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining a strong safety record that supports the well-being of employees and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintain flexibility to support and coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing lines and operational areas, balancing resources and responding effectively to changing production requirements.
• Skillfully resolves conflicts by facilitating open communication, addressing concerns objectively, and fostering collaborative solutions that strengthen working relationships and team effectiveness.
• Utilizes continuous improvement tools, 5S practices, and quality systems to improve processes, maintain standards, and support safe, efficient operations.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by proactively identifying operational challenges, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective, sustainable solutions that improve team performance and business outcomes.

• Work independently with minimal oversight and still deliver to target.
• Collaborate efficiently with others, including cross-functionally.

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours a day.
