Part-Time Temporary Shipping Operator

Description

Scentsy is busier than ever, and we need your help to make sure our packages get delivered on time! As a Shipping Operator in our Distribution Center, you would pick and pack orders. Efficiency and accuracy are the name of the game!

This is a part-time, temporary position. Candidates must be 16 years or older. If you’re interested in working 2-3 days per week and can commit to helping us through our busy season (the end of December), we want to talk to you!

Shifts available are Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM. We do not currently have evening shifts available.

• Pick products
  :
  Fill carts with products from picking stations and from shelves.
• Pack products
  :
  Scan the labels of the products, put the products in packing containers, seal them with tape, and add a label.
• Kit products
  :
  Gather and organize products or materials into specific packages or bundles.
• Special projects
  :
  There’s always something to do so we all help where needed.

• Bend, squat, push/pull, reach above shoulder level, and perform repetitive manual dexterity.
• Lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules of the Company – we want you to be safe and successful!
