Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity;
Monitor residents physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff;
Support proactive and personalized care under supervision of licensed staff;
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents;
Document resident care activities and any changes in condition as required by policy and procedure
