Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for a 24-hour emergency department in Rock Hill, SC. This role provides emergency nursing care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

• Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Verify physician orders and coordinate diagnostic testing and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner (Oracle).
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure:
  Active RN license required;
  Multi‑State RN License required for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) residents or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications (Required):
  Active BLS at hire; ACLS during orientation; PALS during orientation.
• Certifications (Preferred): ENPC, TNCC, CEN.
• Experience:
  
  Monitor experience or EKG course completion required;
  Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Acute Care experience preferred.
